Member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Member of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judicial System and Law Enforcement Agencies.

She was born on February 10, 1961. She is Kazakh, has higher education, is a candidate of sociological sciences. She graduated from Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute, major - Mathematics Teacher, and Russian State Social Institute, major - Economist-Manager.

1977 - worker at the Aksu experimental farm of Taldykorgan region.

1983-1985 – teacher, deputy principal of Chapaevskaya secondary school in Taldykorgan region.

1986-1990 – First secretary of the Aksu district committee of the Komsomol of Taldykorgan region.

1992-1994 – Chairperson of the Taldykorgan regional youth committee.

1994-1997 – First deputy head of the Taldykorgan regional youth, sports and tourism department.

1997 – Head of the Internal Policy and Social Sphere Department of the Taldykorgan Akim’s Office.

1997-1998 – Chief Specialist at the Ministry of Information and Public Accord of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1998-2001 – Consultant at the Information and Analytical Department of the Central Election Commission.

2001-2003 – Head of the Information and Analytical Department of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2003-2019 – member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On December 4, 2014, she was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the National Commission on Women Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On August 12, 2019, she was appointed a member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

She was awarded with the "Kurmet" order, "Eren enbegi ushin" medal and anniversary medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
