The Senate member informed those present about the legislative work of the Parliament and told in detail about the adopted laws. He also explained the priorities and progress in the implementation of the State Health Development Program for 2020-2025.

Several issues were raised during the meeting, in particular the implementation of the law "On Public Procurement" in public associations.

During a trip around the capital city, E. Mamytbekov and deputies of the city maslikhat visited the capital nursery kindergarten No.95, Center for children in difficult situation and Special residential school No.1. The residential school can accommodate 325 children, however 527 children are actually studying there. In general, more than 9 thousand special children with autism, cerebral palsy, hearing and vision impairment, etc., live in the capital city alone. According to the deputy of the Maslikhat Z. Zhussupova, secondary schools are not prepared for teaching special children due to the lack of qualified personnel. E. Mamytbekov noted that he will submit a deputy’s inquiry to the relevant authorities about the need to address the lack of specialized schools and solve problems with the social security of children with special needs.

The Senator also visited the new tennis center and inspected the sewage treatment facilities of I-5 (Molodezhny) district.
