Deputies of the Senate of the Parliament Lyazzat Suleimen, Kanatbek Safinov and Ryskali Abdikerov met with representatives of the Ministry of Information and Social Development, the Akimat of Kyzylorda, Mangistau and Atyrau Regions and mediators of these regions. During the meeting, they discussed the issues of improving the legislation in the sphere of mediation, as well as the amendments proposed to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Mediators voiced their proposals for the development of mediation at the meeting, they also spoke about the problems that exist in this field.
As a result of the meeting it was decided to plan a meeting with representatives of the Supreme Court, the leadership of the Ministries of Information and Social Development, Internal Affairs and Justice to discuss topical issues in the field of mediation.
