In recent years, cooperation among the countries of the Turkic world has reached a new level. In many respects it became possible thanks to the decisions of the Heads of our states. Parliaments of Turkic countries actively promote implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level. Special attention during interparliamentary events and meetings is paid to cooperation in the field of culture and art", - said Maulen Ashimbayev.

The Speaker of the House also informed the Secretary General about the upcoming VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, noting that this platform contributes to the formation of effective interaction and strengthening the spirit of cooperation between representatives of different religions.

In his turn, Sultan Raev, Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture, told about the forthcoming events to celebrate the anniversaries of prominent figures and writers of Turkic countries.
