I think it is very important not to spread panic now. We must understand that the state is taking emergency measures against the pandemic. The President said that mobile medical teams are being created to provide assistance at home. There are 400 of them now, and there will be 3,500 soon. Another issue being considered now is provision of pharmaceutical drugs not only to hospitals, but also to pharmacies. The main thing is that Kazakhstani people do not buy all pharmaceutical drugs for future use.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev gave an objective assessment of the activities of the Government and the health care system. The Head of State said the main words - no one will be left in the lurch! This is confirmed by the measures that are being taken for further fight against the pandemic. Our doctors do not stop this fight, being on duty for days, saving lives. But the number of those infected is growing, and there are not enough medical workers. Ambulance crews are not able to respond to all calls. Therefore, additional mobile emergency medical teams are being created in the country. We are also trying to solve the shortage of medicines quickly. 800 thousand packages of paracetamol have been delivered to the retail chain, and another 900 thousand packages will be delivered by the end of the week. 150 thousand packages of antibiotics have already been shipped to the pharmacy chain. Now it is important not to fall for provocations in social media. The necessary medicines are already available in hospitals and on sale, there are more than enough of them, so everyone can get. So, let’s unite to defeat the pandemic in this very challenging time for the whole world.
