He graduated from the Kazakh Humanities and Law University, the University College London (the United Kingdom, under the Bolashak program). He is a Lawyer, Master of Science in Public Policy. Served as a Lawyer at the Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan CJSC, and has held various positions at the Ministry of Justice, at the Agency for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes, at the Executive Office of President, and at the Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Social Health Insurance Fund”.
He was awarded the “Yeren Yenbegi Ushin” Medal and one Anniversary Medal.
