The law is aimed at regulating and protecting entrepreneurial activity, reducing the administrative burden on business, and ensuring a balance between the interests of consumers, entrepreneurs and the state. In general, the document provides for amendments and additions to 114 legislative acts, including 12 Codes and 102 laws.

Thus, the law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on business issues" includes amendments aimed at improving business conditions, streamlining the system of state control, increasing transparency of their implementation, extending the terms of modernization of trading markets until January 1, 2026.

In addition, the document prescribes norms to improve the conditions for conducting and developing entrepreneurial activities by reducing irrelevant requirements, eliminating unnecessary permits and procedures for business.
