At the meeting of the Senate Bureau chaired by the Speaker of the Chamber Maulen Ashimbaev, the deputies determined the agenda of the Senate meeting, which will be held on December 12. The agenda of the upcoming off-site meetings of the standing committees was also discussed.
At the upcoming Thursday meeting of the Chamber, deputies will consider the Laws "On Ratification of the Loan Agreement (Ordinary Operations) (Fiscal Management and Financial Sector Reform Program - Subprogram 1) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Asian Development Bank", "On Ratification of the Loan Agreement (Fiscal Management and Financial Sector Reform Program - Subprogram 1) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank" and "On Ratification of the Loan Agreement (Loan for Financing the Development Policy "Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Growth") between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development". The parliamentarians will also consider the Law "On Amendments and Supplements to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the State Educational Accumulative System, Elimination of Excessive Legislative Regulation in the Spheres of Information, Social Development, Culture and Archival Affairs". In particular, the law provides for legal regulation of the activities of the Unified Voluntary Accumulative System "Keleshek", the creation of which the President announced in his Address "Economic Course of a Fair Kazakhstan". The "Keleshek" program is aimed at forming educational savings, including higher education, college or graduate school, and involves the participation of the state, parents and financial institutions.
In addition, the deputies distributed laws received from the Mazhilis of the Parliament between the standing Committees of the Senate.
