Chairman of the Senate Committee on Socio-Cultural Development and Science Nurtore Zhusip held a meeting with the famous artist of the State Academic Philharmonic named after E. Rakhmadiev Altynshash Mukatayeva.

During the conversation, key issues of the development of national culture and creativity were touched upon, including inclusion in the field of art, which plays an important role in the formation of national identity, strengthening social cohesion and the integration of Kazakhstan into the world cultural space.

The senator noted that inclusive creativity is becoming an integral part of social policy in many countries, and Kazakhstan is no exception. The state is actively creating conditions for the full participation of all citizens, including people with disabilities, in the cultural life of society. This is not only access to cultural events and educational programs, but also the active involvement of people with disabilities in the creative process.

"The prospects for the development of inclusive creativity in Kazakhstan are encouraging. Every year, the number of cultural initiatives aimed at supporting people with disabilities increases. Programs to create an accessible cultural environment and ensure equal opportunities for all participants in cultural life are being actively implemented. The future of inclusive art is associated with strengthening cooperation between public and private structures, the introduction of inclusive educational programs and raising public awareness," said Nurtore Zhusip.

At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged views on a number of other pressing issues, including measures to further improve inclusive policies in the country.
