The presentation of a collection of analytical articles on the issues of socio-economic development of the country took place today in the capital. The authors of the book were members of the Club of Experts under the Senate of the Parliament together with graduates of the fourth stream of the project "Taldau mektebi - School of Analytics".

Welcoming the participants of the presentation, Maulen Ashimbayev noted that the Senate of the Parliament attaches particular importance to working with the expert community. For five years, systematic work has been consistently carried out in this direction together with interested parties. The presentation of the collection, as the Speaker of the Chamber emphasized, is a continuation of the teamwork done within the School of Analytics.

"Today, the participants of the fourth stream of the School of Analytics can rightfully call themselves not only graduates, but also authors of a full-fledged analytical publication - accessible both to decision-makers and to a wide audience interested in current issues of the country's development. We consider the Club of Experts under the Senate and the School of Analytics as our contribution to the formation of the intellectual potential of the country. Through such initiatives, we convey the values that underlie the concept of "Adal Azamat", proposed by the President of the country Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev. These are education, civic maturity, patriotism and readiness to serve the interests of society," the Chairman of the Chamber said in his speech.

During the presentation of the collection of analytical materials, it was also noted that the School of Analytics under the Senate is an open knowledge platform accessible to everyone. Therefore, anyone can get acquainted with the lectures of all streams, which are posted on the project's YouTube channel.

"We send all collections of materials to members of Parliament, relevant government agencies, analytical centers, universities and publish them in the public domain. It is worth noting that this is already the third collective analytical study prepared within the framework of the project. The participants of the School are involved in real public analytics focused on practical application. I am confident that the study presented today will be useful in the work of government institutions, legislative activities and the agenda of the expert community," Maulen Ashimbayev summed up and thanked the participants of the meeting for supporting the ideas of the project.

It should be noted that within the framework of the fourth stream of the School of Analytics, 14 teams were formed that worked in 7 key areas: inclusion in education, gender balance, development of green energy, labor migration issues, development of the manufacturing industry, AI in lawmaking and sustainable development in Central Asia.

As part of the discussion of issues of sustainable development of the country, experts voiced initiatives to develop joint projects that offer digital solutions in inclusive education, various ways and formats for realizing the potential of women as a factor in the economic growth of Kazakhstan. In addition, forecasts were presented for the development of key industries, including energy, manufacturing, medicine, digitalization, as well as the climate agenda.

During the presentation, proposals were made by the manager of the Astana International Financial Center Renat Bekturov, chief researcher of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sanat Kushkumbayev, economist, head of the DESHT analytical center Kuanysh Zhaikov and others.
