Senate Deputy - Head of the Parliamentary Group "Bir el - bir mudde" Nurtore Zhusip met with the active members of the Almaty Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, representatives of ethnocultural associations and deputies of the city maslikhat.
During his welcoming speech, Nurtore Zhusip noted that today, more than ever, it is important to realize that national unity is not just a slogan, but a strategic condition for the development of the state. When the world is engulfed in geopolitical instability, identity crises, migration waves and the growth of radical sentiments, it is especially important to maintain internal cohesion and mutual respect. In addition, Kazakhstan, as a multinational and multi-confessional state, is facing new challenges that require a systematic approach to strengthening national unity. In this regard, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan acts not only as a unique socio-political institution, but also as a strategic mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of the country and building a Fair Kazakhstan - a state where every citizen feels protected, involved and important.
"Today we are building a Fair Kazakhstan - a country where every person feels part of a single society. And in this historical process, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan is not just an advisory body, it is a moral and ideological core, a symbol of national accord, a strategic resource for sustainability and a guarantor of the future. By supporting and developing the ANC, we are not only strengthening interethnic peace, but also laying the foundation for a sovereign, strong and fair Kazakhstan in modern realities," said Nurtore Zhusip.
At the same time, during the conversation and exchange of opinions with colleagues, deputy Nurtore Zhusip noted the special significance of the work of institutions aimed at strengthening interethnic harmony. One of such institutions within the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the deputy group "Bir el - bir mudde". "The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasizes the importance of a cohesive society as the basis of a strong country. The contribution of such deputy associations as "Bir el - bir mudde" is becoming especially relevant. They are becoming not just representatives of the people in Parliament, but also active bridges of trust between different social, ethnic and cultural strata of society. We are confident that further strengthening the role of the group, expanding its mandate, as well as increasing the transparency and openness of its activities will contribute to sustainable development, national consolidation and the preservation of Kazakhstan's strategic capital - internal peace and harmony," Nurtore Zhusip noted.
Separately, the parliamentarian noted that constructive interaction has been established with the maslikhats of the regions, including with the deputies from the APK. Such a link between the republican and regional levels of government allows us to effectively monitor the situation "on the ground", identify potential social or ethnic tensions, take preventive measures, and also form a unified approach to strengthening unity and harmony in all corners of the country.
"The Bir el - Bir Mudde parliamentary group has established itself as an important parliamentary institution aimed at strengthening public harmony, interethnic stability and Kazakhstan's civic identity. Its activities fit organically into the architecture of the national unity policy and actively contribute to the implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State as part of building a Fair Kazakhstan. In general, the parliamentary group is becoming an important institutional bridge connecting the Parliament, the executive branch, the Assembly, local representative bodies and, most importantly, all citizens.
