The senator listened carefully to the requests regarding the shortage of qualified specialists, problems with roads, electricity supply, access to drinking water, as well as difficulties in the fields of education and health care. Due to the arid climate and deterioration of conditions on pastures, residents faced livestock death and drying out of hayfields. Requests were made for subsidizing feed and permission to harvest hay on the landfill lands. Issues of regulating the number of saigas were also discussed.

At a meeting with residents of the Baksay rural district of the Makhambet district, the senator discussed the emergency condition of the school, the need to complete intra-village roads, problems with water supply and cleaning of canals. Issues of agriculture, restoration of flooded roads and strengthening of banks were also raised.

"Feedback from local residents gives us the opportunity to better understand how government programs are being implemented and what difficulties people face in their everyday lives. It is important not only to listen, but also to record all requests in order to seek constructive solutions together with relevant government agencies. All proposals made will be forwarded to the appropriate level and taken under parliamentary control," emphasized Senator Alibek Nautiev.
