Deputies of the Senate of the Parliament Nurtore Zhusip and Bibigul Zheksenbai took part in a meeting of the republican council for the development of civil society and culture «Miras» under the «AMANAT» party. The main topic of discussion was the September Address of the Head of State, in which a special emphasis was placed on the role of artificial intelligence.
Nurtore Zhusip noted that humanity stands at a crossroads of history, where new technologies shape the future, and culture and spiritual values become key benchmarks.
«In his Address to the people of Kazakhstan, the Head of State emphasized: “We must not only adapt to changes, but also actively shape the future of our country”. These words — not just a policy statement, they are a call to action. Artificial intelligence must be a tool of creation, not a threat to humanity», - said the parliamentarian.
The senator also drew attention to the fact that Kazakhstan possesses the richest heritage and traditions that can be harmoniously combined with digital innovations.
«We must show the world that Kazakhstan is a country where technology elevates culture. Where artificial intelligence serves man. Where the future is built not in spite of the past, but in harmony with it. This is how we can become an example for other states», - emphasized Nurtore Zhusip.
During the meeting, the participants discussed key issues aimed at implementing the tasks outlined by the President in the Address. Special attention was paid to the development of approaches that will allow Kazakhstan to strengthen its position in the digital era while preserving its cultural identity and spiritual values.
