As part of the National Coalition, Senate Deputy Amangeldy Nugmanov held meetings with residents of the Martuk District of the Aktobe Region and agricultural workers.
During an open dialogue with farmers, representatives of production teams, and rural residents, the senator explained in detail the key provisions of the new draft Constitution. Particular attention was paid to provisions aimed at strengthening social protection for citizens, supporting the agro-industrial complex, developing rural infrastructure, and increasing the economic potential of the regions.
"The new Constitution is not just a package of legislative amendments. It is a strategic document that lays the foundations for social justice, strengthens guarantees of citizens' rights, and creates a sustainable legal framework for the development of rural areas and agricultural production," Amangeldy Nugmanov emphasized.
The senator noted that the constitutional amendments will facilitate the modernization of agricultural production, increase farmers' incomes, and create additional opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in rural areas.
During the meetings, participants actively asked questions and made suggestions. In conclusion, the senator called on residents of the district to take an active part in the upcoming referendum and demonstrate their civic position.
