"How to Save 40 Years of Your Career": Zhakip Asanov Gave a Master Class on Personal Effectiveness to Students at Kunayev University

Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakip Asanov held a meeting with students at Kunayev University. Instead of a standard academic lecture, the Deputy Speaker shared a management algorithm developed over 40 years of work in various positions.

His speech was based on three key principles for achieving real, not just paper, results:

1. Clear focus: the ability to prioritize and ruthlessly cut excess, ineffective workload.

2. Team as capital: understanding that any task is solved by people, so developing professional staff is the most important stage of any project.

3. Systematic approach and technology: abandoning chaotic work in favor of a project-based approach to management.

"My main goal today is to help you save the next 40 years. I'll share three lessons that have become the foundation of my career. They're not a magic pill, but when used correctly, they become keys that open any door. Results don't come instantly; they take time and patience. It's important to eliminate unnecessary information and operational noise. Only with a clear focus on what's truly important can you achieve your goals," emphasized Zhakip Asanov.

The lecture was held in an open dialogue format. Students examined real-life management cases and asked questions about the specifics of public service and career development tools.

Concluding the meeting, the Deputy Speaker noted that in today's world, it's not just the hardworking who win, but those who can manage their attention, work in a team, and apply a systematic approach to any challenge.
