12.01.2021 87

An expanded meeting of the Senate Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judicial System and Law Enforcement Agencies took place, where the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property and Legal Entities” was discussed.

The draft law will allow to exclude administrative liability for violation of the term of registration of rights to real estate, simplify procedures for paperwork and state registration of rights to immovable property.

“Information from the legal register will be provided through the e-government web portal. This will improve interdepartmental coordination in the implementation of electronic registration of rights, as well as provide information from the legal register to authorized bodies and persons”, said Committee Secretary Kanatbek Safinov.

Moreover, with the amendments made at the legislative level, it is planned to consolidate the functions of issuing a document on the demolition of a real estate object for local executive bodies and to determine the procedure for re-registering business partnerships in connection with a change in the composition of participants.

“The draft law will contribute to ensuring the timely execution of judicial acts as a result of securing the right to receive copies of title documents by enforcement agents”, said Senator Nurlan Beknazarov.

The draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property and Legal Entities” was initiated by the deputies of the Senate and the Mazhilis of the Parliament.
