In November-December, the selection for the first School of Analytics took place. Over 260 applications were submitted for participation in the project. After reviewing the applications, the Contest Committee selected 40 people.
The School of Analytics will start on January 15, 2022, and will last for eight weeks. Classes are scheduled to take place on Saturdays. Prominent Kazakhstani and foreign experts have been invited as lecturers and trainers, representing the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the RoK, Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the RoK, Nazarbayev University, National Research University “Higher School of Economics”, and other organizations.
The School of Analytics focuses on strengthening analytical approaches in public administration, social and humanities research, and the mass media. The training process will be structured based on mastering the theory - criteria, standards, and specifics of qualitative analytics; as well as on practicing the skills of writing analytical texts. The project initiator is the Club of Young Experts under the Senate.
