The Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Talgat Musabaev met with employees of the JSC "Republican Center for Space Communication" in Nur-Sultan. Senator discussed with them the main amendments proposed to the Constitution and the Referendum, noting the importance of the amendments and stressed that for the formation of the "New Kazakhstan" this process will have a large role.
In particular, the Senator dwelt in detail on amendments, which allow to pass from the super-presidential form of government to the presidential Republic with the strong Parliament.
"The peculiarity of the current Referendum in Kazakhstan is that the President initiates a constitutional reform, which does not expand, but on the contrary - redistributes some powers to other institutions of power", - said the Senator.
The Deputy called on his colleagues to demonstrate their civic position and take an active part in the Referendum. Also, other relevant issues concerning the development of aerospace activities were discussed during the meetings.
