Senator Talgat Zhunusov took part in an international conference on food quality and safety. The event was organized by the Saken Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University and the Patrice Lumumba Russian Peoples' Friendship University.
The meeting participants discussed the challenges facing the industry and identified the steps necessary to further improve the quality of food.
“In his recent Address to the people of Kazakhstan, the Head of State paid great attention to the issues of food security of the country and outlined a number of specific tasks for the further development and modernization of the agro-industrial complex. Therefore, the responsibility of food producers and food industry workers is becoming more and more serious,” the senator noted.
The event was also attended by representatives of relevant Ministries, international and domestic experts.
