Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the RK Olga Bulavkina took part in a meeting of the Permanent Commission of the IPA CIS on agrarian policy, natural resources and ecology.
Together with parliamentarians from other countries, the senator discussed promising areas for the development of model law-making in the field of agrarian policy, natural resources and ecology, as well as proposals for the long-term plan for the next period.
In addition, the participants considered draft model laws «On limiting greenhouse gas emissions», «On land management», a new version of the Land Code for the CIS countries, as well as amendments to the model Code on subsoil and subsoil use. The parliamentarians also discussed the results of the XI Nevsky International Ecological Congress.
