Biography

S.M. Aitpayeva was born on May 22, 1960; Kazakh; university degree. She graduated from Rudenko Sverdlovsk Law Institute specializing in legal studies. She worked as the Chairperson of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in other important positions of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

She was awarded the 2nd class “Danq” Order, “Eren Enbegi Ushin” medal, “Honorary Worker of the Prosecutor's Office” and “Honorary Citizen of Akmola Region” award pins. She holds a class rank of the State Counsellor of Justice 3rd class and a military rank of a General.
