S.T. Aldashev was born on June 25, 1963. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin in 1986 and from the Central Asian University in 2008.
He began his career in 1979 - he was a turner at the Uzen drilling department, a driller assistant, an assistant tool pusher, an engineer at the support base, a tool pusher, deputy head of the technological department at the Zhanaozen drilling department.
1994 - 1996 - Head of Uzen LODS of the southern department of main oil pipelines of KazTransOil JSC.
1996 - 1998 - Deputy Head for TTS of Mangistau Oil Pipeline Department of the western branch of KazTransOil JSC.
1998-1999 - Head of Aktau LODS of the western branch of KazTransOil JSC.
1999-2000 - Head of the oil pipeline operation department of the western branch of KazTransOil JSC.
2000-2004 - Chief Engineer, First Deputy Director, Director of the Aktobe branch of KazTransOil CJSC.
2004-2010 - Head of the Main Pipeline Operation Service of the Mangistau Oil Pipeline Department of the western branch of KazTransOil.
2010-2012 - Chief Engineer of the Mangystau Oil Pipeline Department of the western branch of KazTransOil.
2012-2017 - First Deputy Akim of Mangistau Region.
He has been the First Vice President of Karazhanbasmunay JSC since November 2017.
He is married with two children.
He is a member of the Amanat party.
He was awarded the “Kurmet” order (2019).
He was awarded “20th anniversary of Astana” medal.
He holds the Honorary title "Honored Worker of Main Pipelines" (2010).
