Mukhtar
Sabirovich
M.S. Dzhumagaziyev was born on December 5, 1956, in Koblandy village of Isatai district, Aktobe region.
In 1974, he graduated from a Russian secondary school in Novo-Alekseyevka village of Khobdinsky district.
He holds a university degree from Alma-Ata Zoological and Veterinary Institute and Alma-Ata Institute of Economics and Statistics.
1980-1985 – zootechnician-selectionist, chief zootechnician of the Khobdinsky state farm of Khobdinsky district, Aktobe region.
1985-1990 - Secretary of the party committee of the Ilyich collective farm.
1990-1994 - Head of the organizational department of the Khobdinsky district committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, deputy head of the department of agriculture.
1994-1996 - Chairman of the board of the "Serp i Molot" farm
1996-1997 - Akim of Isatai district.
1997-2006 - Akim of Khobdinsky district.
2006-2007 - Head of the regional department of motor roads and passenger transport.
2007-2010 - Akim of Kargaly district.
2010-2011 - Akim of Uilsky district.
2011-2014 - Head of the regional department of agriculture.
2014-2017 - Deputy Akim of Aktobe region.
On June 28, 2017, he was elected to the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from Aktobe region.
He was awarded the Order of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Qurmet”, “Eren enbegi ushіn” medal and several anniversary medals. "Man of the Year" in Aktobe region in 2003.
He is a member of the Amanat party
He is an honorary citizen of Khobdinsky and Kargaly districts.
He and his wife Lyazzat Abdikaparovna raised two children.
