Deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sultanbek Makezhanov, Sergey Karplyuk and Bakytzhan Zhumagulov took part in the proceedings of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly.
For example, at the meeting of the IPA CIS Standing Committee to study the experience of state construction and local self-government, Sultanbek Makezhanov together with parliamentarians from other countries discussed the issues of implementing environmental policy at the local level, legislative practice of crisis management, public-private partnership mechanisms and others.
During the session of the Control and Budgetary Commission of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Sergey Karplyuk together with his colleagues discussed a number of issues related to the elaboration and adoption of laws on the 2023 state budget in the CIS IPA member states.
At the same time, Senator Bakytzhan Zhumagulov at a meeting of the Permanent Commission of IPA CIS on Science and Education discussed issues of the draft new edition of the model Information Code for the CIS Member States, the model laws "On State Attestation of the Subjects of Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activity" and "On Scientific and Scientific and Technical Expertise".
