Biography

Member of the Senate from West Kazakhstan region.

He was born on July 19, 1964; Kazakh; got higher education. He graduated from Dzhambul hydromelioration and construction institute, Caspian public university. He is an engineer-economist, lawyer. He worked as the akim of Akzhaik district of West Kazakhstan region, deputy akim of West Kazakhstan region, akim of Uralsk.

He was awarded the “Qurmet” Order.
