Member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from Akmola region.
Member of the Finance and Budget Committee.
He was born on May 8, 1961, has higher education. He graduated from the Kokchetav branch of Tselinograd Agricultural Institute with a degree in Zootechnics in 1987, Republican Interdisciplinary Institute of Accounting and Statistics with a degree in Accounting and Audit in 1997, Kokshetau Institute of Economics and Management with a degree in Economics, Master of Economics in 2003. He has a certificate of state auditor.
He began his career in 1979 and worked in the agricultural sector of Kokchetav region until 1994.
From 1994 to 1996 - Chief Controller-Auditor of the Kokshetau Region Financial Control Office.
From 1996 to 1997 - Chief Tax Inspector of the Kokshetau Region Tax Office.
From 1997 to 1998 - Head of the Market Relations and Entrepreneurship Department of the Kokshetau Akim's Office.
From 1998 to 2000 - Deputy Director of the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition in Akmola region.
From 2000 to 2007 - Deputy Head of the Akmola Region Financial Control Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2007 to 2009 - Director of the Pension Fund of Halyk Bank in Akmola region.
From 2010 to 2011 - Head of the Office of Control and Accreditation in the Field of Accounting and Financial Reporting of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to 2017 - Head of the Akmola Region Internal Audit Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2017 to 2018 - Head of the Akmola Region Public Procurement and Communal Property Office.
From 2018 to 2020 - elected as the Chairman of the Akmola Region Audit Commission by the decision of the Akmola Regional Maslikhat.
From 2020 to the present – Member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since September 1, 2020 – Member of the Finance and Budget Committee of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He is married with five children.
