She was born in a family of teachers on May 7, 1976, in Uralsk. In 1993, after graduating from secondary school No.1, she entered West Kazakhstan Agrarian-Technical University named after Zhangir Khan, major – accountant-financier. She received her second education as a lawyer at Kazakh State Law Academy (Almaty). She holds a degree of Master of Economics and Master of Finance. She began her career as a senior controller-auditor of the service sector department of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in WKR. Then she worked at the West Kazakhstan regional directorate of telecommunications, a branch of Kazakhtelecom JSC. She joined the WKR prosecutor's office as a specialist in the anti-corruption group, assistant prosecutor of the region at the Office for Supervision of Legality in the Activities of State Institutions.
In 2011, she became the financial director of Uralsk Humanitarian College.
Since 2015 – Leader of the WKR Businesswomen’s Association.
