A. Bakhyt was born in 1969. She obtained higher education at Kazakh Institute of Physical Culture, Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations. She is a physical education teacher, coach, international lawyer.
She began her career with the Central Hospital under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then worked as a specialist in the Office of the Constitutional Court, senior inspector at the reception office of the representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Supreme Council, senior reviewer at the General Department, consultant, chief expert at the Documentation Support Department, chief consultant at the Administrative Department, Department of Organizational Control and Personnel Work, deputy director of the General Department of the Senate Office of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She was awarded with nine medals, including the "Eren enbegi ushin" medal and the Certificate of Honor of the IPA CIS.
