Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Zhumagulov on a working visit to Kokshetau visited the Academy of Civil Defense named after Malik Gabdullin.
Senator familiarized himself with the material and technical base, training and educational programs, visited the museum, educational buildings, laboratories of the Academy.
During the meeting with the staff and faculty of the Academy the Senator talked about the Constitutional Reforms initiated by the President, the importance of preservation of national values, the legislative work of the House and the laws adopted in the last session of Parliament, as well as discussed issues of further development of the Academy.
In addition, the participants of the meeting voiced a number of proposals aimed at improving the quality of education in the field of civil protection and improvement of the material and technical, educational and methodological base of the Academy of Civil Defense.
Bakytzhan Zhumagulov noted that all the issues raised will be taken into account in the legislative work and will be worked out with the relevant government agencies.
