Born on February 9, 1977.
In 1999 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University with a degree in history, history teacher. In 2001 he graduated with a master's degree in History, in 2007 he completed postgraduate studies, in 2010 the Academy of Economics and Law named after U.A.Zholdasbekov with a degree in jurisprudence. Candidate of Historical Sciences.
He began his career in 2001 as a teacher at Zhetysu University named after I.Zhansugurov. From 2001 to 2012, he worked as a teacher, senior lecturer, deputy dean for Educational Work, deputy for academic work at I.Zhansugurov Zhetysu University.
From 2012 to 2015 – Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at ZhSU named after I.Zhansugurov.
From 2015 to 2016 – Dean of the Faculty of Culture and Art at ZhSU named after I. Zhansugurov.
From 2016 to 2018 – Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at ZhSU named after I.Zhansugurov.
From 2018 to 2019 – Vice-Rector for Educational Work of S. Amanzholova East Kazakhstan State University.
From 2019 to 2020 – worked at ZhSU named after I. Zhansugurov, advisor to the rector.
From 2020 to 2022 – Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at the ZHU named after I. Zhansugurov.
Since January 2022, Dean of the Higher School of Humanities at the ZHU named after I. Zhansugurov.

2014-2015 President of the Federation of «Greco-Roman, freestyle and women's wrestling» in the Almaty region.
