Deputies of the Senate Committee on International Relations, Defense and Security held a meeting at the National Military-Patriotic Center of the Armed Forces on the topic "The Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan: ideological, military-patriotic and educational work".
Senators were shown the digital platform of "Aibyn" military-patriotic cantonment. The deputies also got acquainted with the activities of the services for the formation and consolidation of psychological readiness and stability in military personnel on the basis of self-improvement of their personal and professional qualities.
"Military-patriotic education is not limited to automatic training, linear step and competitions in military-applied sports. This is a multifaceted, systematic and comprehensive work of all state structures, first of all, to form the right spiritual values," said Mukhtar Kul-Mohammed, Chairman of the relevant Senate Committee.
The parliamentarians were informed about the system of military-patriotic education, which involves combining the activities of all state bodies with educational, youth and other public organizations. Thus, this association should be based on a unified state policy aimed at establishing an active position among young people, including them in solving socially significant tasks, creating conditions for the formation of their consciousness oriented in accordance with the national interests of the state.
At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Committee Mukhtar Kul-Mohammed stressed that the state pays great attention to this area, and senators intend to solve emerging issues in the future, including at the legislative level.
