The deputies of the Senate and the Majilis, supporting the initiative of the President of the country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the creation of the public social fund "Kazakhstan Khalkyna", transferred their one-day salary to this fund.
The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to create the Public Social Fund "Kazakhstan Khalkyna", speaking at a meeting of the Majilis on January 11 this year.
The Foundation will be engaged in solving real problems in the field of healthcare, education and social support.
As the President of the country stressed, the funds accumulated in the fund will be used to help children with rare diseases, to build sports facilities for children in cities, districts, towns, villages, to support capable children and for other social purposes.
