An enlarged session of the Finance and Budget Committee discussed the draft law "On Ratification of the Protocol on the termination of the Agreement between the Governments of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the Coordinated Principles of Tax Policy of March 13, 1992”.
The main purpose of the Protocol is to terminate the Agreement between the governments of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the Coordinated Principles of Tax Policy.
Senators note that 30 years have passed since the signing of the document, and now it has lost its relevance, as well as in the absence of applications for the extension of its validity, it was decided to terminate the Agreement.
As a result of an expanded meeting, the deputies of the Committee introduced the bill to the House for consideration.
