Today the Senate discussed on how the IT projects aimed at expanding the use of the state language are developed in Kazakhstan. At the meeting of the Senate Committee on Agrarian Affairs, Nature Management and Development of Rural Territories the leadership of the Language Policy Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education spoke about the progress of language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, carried out under the national project "National spiritual revival".
During the meeting were presented such websites as Tilmedia.kz, Balatili.kz, Tilqural.kz, designed for people who independently study Kazakh language, Termincom.kz, Emle.kz, Sozdikqor.kz, aimed at improving linguistic literacy, and sites Qazcorpora.kz, Qujat.kz and Atau.kz where one can find instructions on how to fill in important industry documents.
Apart from that, the participants of the meeting also discussed the projects to be implemented by 2024. The Chairman of the Committee on Language Policy Adilbek Kabaev informed the deputies about such pilot projects as a voice assistant, a text input application, a multifunctional software complex "Kazgram", mobile game applications for children, a mobile application "Kazak sozi" for those learning the Kazakh language, etc.
