Members of the Bureau of the Senate approved the agenda of the House, scheduled for June 23, 2022.
At the next meeting of the Senate deputies plan to consider Bills “On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Development of the Distressed Assets Market”, “On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget” (Tax Code) and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the introduction of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget" and "On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving the Procedure for Law Enforcement Service, Increasing the Legal and Social Security and Responsibility of Law Enforcement Officers, Special Security Bodies and Military Personnel, Interdepartmental Coordination, Independence of Internal Affairs Bodies, Strengthening Responsibility for Certain Criminal Offenses and Arms Trafficking".
Also, members of Parliament will consider in first reading the draft laws "On the Introduction of Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses" and "On the Introduction of Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Volunteering, Charity, State Social Order, State Order for the Implementation of Strategic Partnerships, Grants and Awards for Non-Governmental Organizations, Medicinal and Social Security”.
In addition, members of the Bureau have allocated between the Standing Committees of the Senate the bills previously approved by the Mazhilis for the further work
