Architectural projects, urban planning, landscaping, and creation of comfortable environment Senator Sultanbek Makezhanov discussed with famous architects, such as Saken Narynov, Roman Schneiderman, and with the leadership of the Department of Urban Planning and Urbanism of Almaty.
During the meetings, the Deputy familiarized himself with the architects' projects, on which they are working and planning to implement in the near future. In particular, a project of a new park in Shymkent city, an eco park in Pavlodar city and others were presented to the Senator.
"Architecture and urban planning is a multifaceted, systematic collaboration of a number of professionals aimed at creating a favourable and harmonious environment. In this regard, the Government and Parliament need to support such initiatives. Kazakhstan's architecture may become one of the most attractive, including in the tourism sphere," said the Senator.
In his turn, the Head of Almaty City Planning and Urbanism Department told the Senator about the work being done in the sphere of architectural and urban planning activities in the territory of the megalopolis.
