The Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament Maulen Ashimbayev expressed condolences to the people of the People's Republic of China on the death of former President of China Jiang Zemin.
Maulen Ashimbayev left a note in the book of condolences of the Embassy of China on behalf of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He noted that Jiang Zemin has made a great contribution to the development of China, as well as played an important role in strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
Recall that earlier the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a telegram of condolence to the President of China Xi Jinping in connection with the death of Jiang Zemin. The text noted that the bright image of Jiang Zemin as an outstanding personality who made a significant contribution to the strengthening of the ties of friendship between Kazakhstan and China, will forever remain in the memory of our peoples.
