At an expanded meeting Deputies of the Committee on Finance and Budget discussed the draft law "On amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget "(Tax Code) and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On the introduction of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget”.
The draft law establishes the state duty rate when applying to the court of a debtor-individual in the amount of 0.3 MCI and provides for the suspension of the accrual of penalties when applying to the court for the application of procedures for restoring solvency, out-of-court or judicial bankruptcy of an individual and resuming it in case of a negative court decision.
The document also proposes to reduce the state fee for issuing a passport to minors from 8 MCI to 4 MCI. In addition, the draft law provides for the introduction of a fee for the use of flora objects on all categories of land, with the exception of lands of the state forest fund and lands of specially protected natural areas.
