During their visit to the region, Abdaly Nuraliyev and Bekbolat Orynbekov discussed with the villagers the problems of inhabitants of the Korday district of the Zhambyl region. While meeting with local activists in the Gvardeyskiy village at the Scientific Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems, the senators pointed out the special significance attached to the activities of the Center’s employees in the pandemic period.
“In times of the pandemic which has spread around the world, the Scientific Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems has been given a great responsibility. Within a short period of time, they managed to build a modern building with the essential infrastructure here. Also, the construction of the dwelling house for the plant's employees is nearing completion. Thus, the staff should actively work for the benefit of the health of the people,” Senator Bekbolat Orynbekov noted.
Apart from that, the deputies visited Kenen Azerbayev Literary and Memorial Museum where major repairs were carried out last year. As well as the Korday checkpoint, which was reopened in April of this year after a long suspension due to its complete reconstruction.
